Sleep doesn’t exist in isolation, it is just one piece of the puzzle. My aim as a holistic coach is to help you understand the many factors that influence your child’s sleep, so you can approach every night with confidence, calm and connection.

Even with my training and a good nights rest (sorry!), I know how overwhelming it can be to navigate the endless advice out there. That’s why I steer away from the mainstream one-size-fits-all approach.

Together, we will create a bespoke plan tailored to your child taking into account everything from temperament and development, to diet and activity.
